Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses the academy's website, asks for a trial session, enrols a child at Banat Football Academy or uses the academy's app. We wrote them to be read, not just signed.

1. Who we are

Banat Football Academy (BFA) is run by Danube Global Sports Group SRL. You can write to us at contact@banatfa.ro.

2. Accepting these terms

When you send the trial form, enrol a child or sign in to the app, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Enrolment is confirmed in writing by the academy, with your child's schedule, group and fee.

3. Who can join

We take boys and girls from 4 to 18, in age groups. A child is enrolled by their parent or legal guardian.

Before the first training session after the trial, we ask for a note from the family doctor that the child is fit for physical exercise. Players registered for official competitions also need the sports medical clearance required by the federation's regulations.

4. The free trial

The first trial session is free and commits you to nothing. Your child joins a normal training session while you watch from the side. If you don't write to us after the trial, we won't call you.

5. Your app account

You sign in with a one-time link sent by email or with your Google account. Keep access to your email to yourself: anyone who can open your email can get into your account.

Your account is linked to your child with a code from the academy. Each parent gets their own code; please don't pass it on.

The details in your account must be real and up to date, especially your phone number and the emergency contact.

6. Training

We train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 17:00, at our bases in Timișoara and Arad. The coaches place children in groups by age and level, and may move a child during the season, telling the family first.

We cancel a session only for dangerous weather or other safety reasons, and give at least two hours' notice. Sessions a child misses for personal reasons are not made up individually.

7. What we ask of families

• Bring and collect your child on time. The academy is responsible for your child during the session.
• Tell us about any health issue that matters during exercise, and report absences in advance, in the app.
• Respect the coaches, the other children and the other parents, at the pitch and online.
• Don't give instructions from the side during play.
• Use the app only for what it is for, without trying to see other families' data or get around its access rules.

8. Fees and payment

The monthly fee is the one published on the fees page for your child's programme and base. It includes all sessions in the programme, the training kit, accident insurance during training, the written assessments and friendly matches. Boots, travel to away matches and entry fees for official leagues are not included. There is no registration fee.

The fee is paid monthly in advance, by the 10th of the month, by bank transfer to the account shown in the app. We don't ask for yearly contracts.

A second child from the same family pays 20% less, and a third pays no monthly fee. For families who cannot afford the fee, we have a limited number of reduced-fee places.

The fee is not reduced for a child's absences. If a fee stays unpaid for more than a month, we will get in touch; if we cannot find a solution together, attendance may be paused until it is paid. We announce any change to the fees at least 30 days in advance.

9. Leaving

You can withdraw your child at any time with 30 days' notice, in the app or by email, with no penalty. The fee is due for the notice period.

The academy may end an enrolment with the same notice, or immediately in case of serious misconduct, after talking with the family.

10. Health, injuries and insurance

Football is a contact sport and, however carefully we work, minor injuries can happen. The coaches match the effort to the age group and stop any child who reports a problem.

If a child is injured we give first aid and tell the parent straight away. In an emergency we call 112 and the family at the same time. The accident insurance included in the fee covers your child during training.

11. Photos and video

We photograph and film a child at training and matches only if the parent has given consent in the app. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; after that we use no new photos, and on request we take down those already published on our site and social media.

Parents may photograph their own child. Please don't publish photos in which other children can clearly be seen without their parents' consent.

12. Intellectual property

The Banat Football Academy name, the wolf crest, the texts, the photos and the app belong to Danube Global Sports Group SRL or to those who licensed them to us. Please don't use them commercially without our written consent.

13. Privacy and data

We use personal data as described in the privacy policy, which also sets out how long we keep it and what your rights are.

14. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for what we do, within the limits of the law. We are not liable for indirect losses, for personal belongings left unattended, or for interruptions to the site and app for reasons outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits the academy's liability for harm to a child caused by our fault, nor the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can withdraw your child without notice before that date.

16. Resolving disagreements

If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@banatfa.ro. We answer within 14 days and look for a solution together.

You can also turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority (https://anpc.ro), including its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL). These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts in Romania.
